Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your active subscription plan at any time. However, please note the following refund terms:
- Dabba Deposit: The one-time Dabba deposit (₹1200 for Signature plans) is non-refundable and will not be returned upon cancellation.
- Subscription Refund: We will calculate the refund amount based on the remaining unutilized days. A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from this calculated amount.
The final refundable balance will be credited to your source account within 5-7 business days.
The "Meal Skip" Feature
We understand that plans change. You might go out for lunch or travel. You shouldn't pay for a meal you don't eat.
- Notice Period: You must mark your meal as "Skipped" in your dashboard at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time and before 8:00 PM for next days breakfast.
- Benefit: When you skip a meal successfully, that meal credit is NOT lost. It is automatically added to the end of your current subscription plan.
- Limit: The meal is extended for that specific skipped count only (e.g., skip 1 meal, get 1 extra meal at the end). It does not extend the subscription by a full day if you have multiple meals per day (though currently we serve lunch only).
- Late Skips: Skips marked less than 4 hours before delivery or after 8:00 PM for next days breakfast will not be eligible for credit, as the food would have already been prepared/dispatched.
- Cancel/Refuse Food: You still have option to cancel the food in case you miss the skip window. In this case you wont recieve an extended meal nor refund.
Modifying Orders
Any changes to your order (like changing from Veg to Non-Veg) must be done before 8 PM the previous day.
